1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Friends League @ Jaypee website at friendzleague.com, our iOS and Android mobile applications, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is offered primarily to golfers participating in Friendz League activities at Jaypee Greens; some features may also be available to the general public.

3. Account & Login

Login is via your phone number. We may send a one-time code (OTP) for verification through a third-party communications provider. You are responsible for safeguarding access to the device and phone number associated with your account and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information (e.g. your name) and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service to record and view scorecards, join tournaments, track league standings, and participate in features we make available to you. You agree not to:

• Submit false scores, impersonate another player, or otherwise manipulate league or tournament results.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or with other users' enjoyment of it.
• Upload content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

5. User-Submitted Content

The Service allows you to submit content such as scores, names, profile information, photographs of scorecards, and tournament participation. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, and use that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Service (for example, showing your name and scores on leaderboards visible to other league members). You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any content you upload.

6. Advertising

Parts of the Service may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services offered through them. 7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, logos, text, graphics, and other content provided by us as part of the Service are owned by or licensed to Friends League @ Jaypee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that scoring, ranking, or other information displayed is free of inaccuracies. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friends League @ Jaypee, its team, and its service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any direct claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the integrity of the Service. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us using the details below.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
